  They were not reliable in my own personal opinion. I ended up canceling my contract. I informed the staff that the guy never came out, and was told that he did and that he sprayed the outside. I was never contacted about him coming spray the inside so I decided to call them. I was supposed to have an appointment Monday the guy called and let the phone ring only 3-4 times by the time I picked up he had then hung up. When I immediately attempted to call him back on three separate occasions he never answered the phone. I just gave up and decided to just take it as a lost and not worry about even dealing with it.
